I was reading reviews of family historian on their website as am considering moving to it from FTM and I happened across their forum where someone had recommended this as a great site.  they were right!

Living in inland Australia the only way I have of tracing my English ancestors is via the internet - 400 kms round trip to the nearest library.

I found the site via 'google' and have had terrific help and advice from the Cheshire forum. :) :)

I did a search on google to see if anyone was doing 1841 lookups and it linked me to a thread on here.
