Many thanks for your reply, I got that wrong ::) but my excuse is that I have only just started researching Agnes  this week so I have some catching up to do,, I realised that something was amiss when I read the Middlesex pedigrees  and saw Margaret as the wife of John Maynard. Further confusion was created from the pedigrees in the " History and Antiquities of Dorset" By Hutchins. It shows a branch of the Hussies, with the ancestors of the Bicester Hussies beginning with a Thomas.  Unfortunately I did not find the full inscription of Agnes's tomb on Google. I know the bored scribes who coppied the wills left out as much as they could and the word "in law" was probably in Agnes's original will. Not to mention that scribes copying the wills frequently left out wives names  and other first names!
Thanks again  regards Nigel

All good. You caused me to double check my results.

My interest descends through Mary, daughter of Thomas CURSON and Agnes HUSSY.

I have accumulated various wills etc, so if I can help, then send me a personal message and we can chat via email.

That memorial of Agnes doesn't include her husband Michaell WENTWORTH. His 1588 will includes "To Agnes my wif my goodes at Bistor church hile and Montlawe, and the wardeship of Marye CURSON her daughter"

Regards
Grantley
