can someone help to read this please

just cant make the name out at all except for BELL and maybe mary first name .

MEEK - arbroath , st.vigeans , angus  ,dundee
brechin, duncan-  aberdeen

Hi Sarah.

I think the name may be Nancy Bell, and I'm akmost sure the second line contains the words Penny farthing.   ???

ETA
Or possibly the middle word on second line could be the name Henry.

Bottom line says Deceased.

I think it reads Nancy, but Nancy can be a pet name for Ann or Agnes, so I'd try those with the two surnames.
Perrins - Manchester and Staffs
Honan - Manchester and Ireland
Hogg - Manchester 19 cent
Anderson - Newcastle mid 19 cent
Boullen - London then Carlisle then Manchester
Comer - Manchester and Galway
