help please and some info if you can...

my B.I.L has asked for help in tracing his ancestors ,ive managed to find info and certicates on SP for his grandparents and death certifcates for g.grandparents ,the person im stuck on his SARAH ROYLE (m.s bell ) who married WILLIAM ROYLE  in belfast 1879 sarah was also born in ireland william england .. having traced my own scottish ancestors with help from rootschat members ,i dont have a clue where to go for ireland ( census ,births and the likes ) tried family search ..nothing ...

There's a possible match for the marriage for William in the year you mentioned in the BMD Index - but I dont see a cross match to Sarah ..

found a possible cross match :

 Name: Sarah Bell
 Registration District: Belfast
 Event Type: Marriage
 Quarter and Year: Jul - Sep 1879
 volume : 1 / page : 352

You can order a cert from GRO (Roscommon) or GRONI using these details - to see if it's the right marriage, and give you more details (see the introduction topic for details included on Irish Certs)

p.s the rottie in the pic is our family dog cleo shes nearly 6 and a big gentle giant ,her partner in crime is our kitten mad isa lol...they both cause havoc in the house .

ours was named 'Hans' - he was of German ancestry after all. He arrived with his family tree going back about 6 generation.

The brainiest breed of dogs I've encountered - I could be a little biased!
