A new member is also looking for details of this Lea family so I've posted a link there to this thread.

It seems likely that Claude and Florence married in the UK and travelled separately to the USA.No, Claud M. Lea, son of William A., and Florence Garnett were married 16 Aug.1919 in Belfast
She had been to her brother-in-law - Mr John Lea. Coleraine. County Derry. Strange because the 1911 census shows Lilian Lea had 3 children- Claud, William & a daughter Margaret.
Claude shows as married on that 1920 passenger list and it names his wife Florence Lee living at 6 Edenderry Gardens. Belfast 6 Edenderry Gardens is on Tennant St. (discussed in new topic)
I'm on the trail of a Florence Garnett born in Durham in 1898 the daughter of John and Hannah Garnett. The 1919 marriage shows Florence Garnett's father as John.
There's a death 16 May 1945 for an Eliza Lea, age 83, Coleraine district (Portstewart sub-district). This is the only Lea death in the Coleraine district from 1910-1969. You can view the certificate on GRONI's site after purchasing a few credits.
https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk/John Lea of Coleraine was actually John Wilson Rea who married Margaret Lea-
