but although she states born in ramsgate she gives age as 27 (should be 24 to be sure this is your ellen goldsmith)
maybe if i can find her death it will give birth date closer to 1877)

she dies in 1947 aged 74 so again birthdate is 1873ish
so no proof this is your ellen
the only thing is on the 1901 census the helen danton states born in ramsgate in 1873
and if the marriage posted is correct then i can find no birth of an helen/eleanor/ellen goldsmith in thanet in between 1871-1881 apart from your eleanor louise born 1877
the only way you would know for sure if the marriage is yours would be to get the marr cert
or get someone to look up the actual marriage
