There were several Munro families living in London and Middlesex U.K. during the 1800s and I believe that one of my ancestors was a John Munro, who was born in approximately 1784 at, or near, Marylebone/Paddington U.K., who worked as a tailor and was married with several children.
John Munro's wife may have been named Ann, but I don't know her surname before her marriage.
I believe that their children may have included the following....
Joseph Munro born approximately 1818,
John Talbot (or Talbot John) Munro born approximately 1823,
Mary Ann Munro born approximately 1829 who married Charles Talbot (or Talbert),
Emma Elizabeth Munro born approximately 1831,
Alfred James Munro born approximately 1836.
There may have been more children born to John Munro and his wife, including two more daughters, (Harriet and Louise), but I'm not certain.
It's possible that other researchers have more details.
This appears to be quite a prolific familily as the further generations of Munro and Talbot had many children in London and beyond. One of Charles Talbot's descendants emigrated to Australia and was the father, or grandfather, of a Mayor of Melbourne.
