GROVES Lookup please!!

Looking for a Reginald E Groves who married Florence Kingsbury in Wells in June 1927. I can't find him on the 1911 census or any other details about him could someone please see if they can find him so I can get details of his parents?

What was his second christian name in full as there are a number of Reginald E Groves  (Ernest, Edward, Edwin) births on freebmd

You really need to buy a copy of the 1927 marriage cert which will give you his fathers name and occupation and also Reginalds age

I've found a Reginald Ernest Groves, dying in 1989 in Mendip area, Somerset, born 31 October 1902.

I've found him also...I think that's definitely him as they married in Wells so Mendips would be the right area. I can't find any parent details though..

If he was only born in 1902 - you would need to look for him on the 1911 census

1911 lookups are not allowed due to breach of copyright

You would need to check for a birth for him first on freebmd to establish where he was born

It'll be the marriage certificate or the 1911 census to find at least his father.  

The 1902 birth registration that is a possible for him gives birth area as Devizes in Wiltshire

Any chance he could have been known as Ernest instead?
