Death in Granville NSW

Hi Everyone, Thanks for your continual digging whilst I was sleeping!! Its all very, very interesting and I will prob try and get the death certificate for this George Shepperson which was my original query. But I have gained so much more info on Henry its fantastic. I did know he had a bookshop but didn't really know for how long or whether he deserted the bookshop as well as his wife and family - all for an actress! 
Re the 'Sheppersons with mining rights in North Queensland'- how would I go about getting more information

There is a marriage notice in the Brisbane Courier for Tuesday 17th April 1866 for the marriage at Fortitude Valley (Brisbane) on 2nd April 1866 of Harry Shepperson late of Bingham to Mary Cochran of Porterdown Ireland.  (the article is actually longer than what I have wrritten)

See what I can find out.

There is a fair bit of information in the Brisbane papers of the day about H Shepperson and to have a bookshop in Queen St Brisbane and live at Kangaroo Point or Fortitude Valley he must have been doing ok.

A warrant was put out for his arrest for assaulting his wife in 1875 plus he and a Mr Howard were involved in the theatre in the late 1870s.

I knew that Henry was a bit of a 'wife-beater' but haven't got any details to confirm this - he must have had a criminal record then  Wait to hear if you find anything about the miners rights - Thankyou

An item from the NSW Police Gazette Aug 18 1880

Sydney. -A warrant has been issued by the Central Police Bench for the arrest of Harry Shepperson , charged with unlawlawfully deserting his wife Mary , of No . 62, Myrtle -street, Darlington , leaving her without means of support. Shepperson is about 36 years of age , 5 feet 9 inches high, medium build, dark hair , moustache , and Imperial , otherwise clean shaved; fashionably dressed.
