Hi Cath

My husband is the grandson of Agnes Fogarty. She married Thomas Evans in 1921 and had 7 children, David Evans born 1939 is my husband's father and therefore the grandson of Philip and Jane :)

Dear Cath

I have only just found your previous postings re Fogarty and Parkinson on the site. I hope you have read my last post from yesterday on the thread I began re Fogarty in Loughmore. I have a family letter which says that Mary Ann Fogarty visited her uncle Denis in Loughmore, Tipperary. Everything I have found out so far fits. I am tempted to think that Mary Ann's father Philip was Denis Fogarty's brother and presume that they came from Loughmore. This has always been believed true by my husbands relations. I have a family tree on ancestry and have used some of your info via the Public tree mechanism. Do you have any info to the contrary?
