Belton Smith Family Lincolnshire
« on: Thursday 12 August 10 12:18 BST (UK) »
Hi

Does anyone have any information on the Belton Smith family from Lincolnshire. I have been looking into the family for a while now for my Mother in Law her dad is a Smith as was her Grandad but his dad and grandad were Belton Smith then as you go back they were either Belton or Smith which does not make it easy to tie people together as you can imagine.
So if any one has any info would look forward to hearing from you.

Names that i have are George Belton Smith, Moulds Belton Smith, Fanny Belton Smith, John Belton Smith all children of George Belton Smith and Edna Moulds.

George Belton Smith Father was Thomas Belton and Mother Sarah Smith I am led to believe.

Hi

The George belter Smith would fit as I have 1822 for DOB and did marry Edna Moulds so it looks very likely.
His son George Belton Smith was 1855

Thank you for looking.
