I had a look on the igi website for your Elizabeth.

I found an Elizabeth Cook born 30th Sept.1816 Dunipace.
Parents.
Father  John Cook
mother Marion Shaw.

Is this your Elizabeth?
I have found  7 siblings also .

How early?  Can you please give as much info as possible please as it is difficult to determine the correct person without more detail

Early 1800's can mean anything from 1800 - 1840's - a very big time span

Digging deeper, I think the person was Elizabeth Hook who was born in Ireland and married a Williamson in Ireland.  They came to Denny Dunipace about the time there was strikes at the iron works or mines and lived in miners houses at Milton Row.   There may have been a large Irish contingent who came to break the strikes.  Are there any records for these workers.
