Hi there, I'm new to the site having just found an ancestor who was born in Bermuda in about 1829, her name was Elizabeth Niles, father James, mother Susan. This has really surprised me as they were obviously a poor family from Plymouth UK. Can anyone tell me the reason why they might have ended up so far from home? They were living back in Plymouth by 1841. Am I able to find out anymore from official records, and if so, how? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Susan,

All I could find of the Turini's was as follows.

Antonio Turini --Ernestine Florence Outerbridge on 20 June 1888 in St George's Parish.
Angela Ernestine Turini--Robert Eveson Hill Canton on 30 April 1913 in St George's Parish.
Hope this is of some help.

Ronniebear.
