There's a marriage in 1840 of a Robert Knight in Hatfield.
Have you any other details to go on?

Robert Knight in the union workhouse, aged 70, birthplace unknown.

Thanks Jane and Ray. That`s my man Ray in the workhouse and that`s him again Jane on the marriage record. He was born in Bucks, thanks for the death info and thanks to both of you for your help.
