Please turn off CapsLock and use some punctuation.   All caps is almost impossible to read and is considered rude on the internet.  Lack of punctuation adds to the  reading difficulty.

As it's so difficult to read your message I'm going to re-format it:

I did go on to the Family Search website and found Mary Ellen Kerins who died between Oct. and Dec. in 1927. Now, I'm 90% sure that's my Grandma but yet again don't give much detail. My father says they are buried at the old cemetery Pearce Road but I cannot find any details on Pilot Site. It's got file page and volume, also microfilm number but what that data shows I wouldn't know. I started this research on behalf of my Dad because he has never ever seen his mother and basically I set out to see if there was anybody in the family or knew the family who could point me in the right direction.

Now, the civil registration index on LDS Pilot site is an index and the details there will enable you to order the death certificate. The details you need are name, year/quarter, registration district, volume and page numbers- all other details are LDS references. See here for details included on a death certificate and how to order certificates-

Since you have a possible burial location it might be worth contacting the cemetery to ask if they have any information in their records.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
