Girl with no shoes - special

This picture was taken 10 years ago before my sister got ill and needed a heart transplant. She has never been well  since and is currently in hospital.  Her 60th birthday is coming mid August  and we are doing her a surprise party.  We would love this picture 'fixed' to put her at a party or some other exciting venue so it can be displayed at the party.  She wont be able to get out of her wheelchair so I know it will be a lovely surprise for her to be able to imagine herself dancing or having fun. Please keep her dress this colour as she loved it, but the background needs to go!   If possible, could you put some shoes on her.

whoops  changed the dress colour  sorry it didnt go with the background will modify   ....xin ::)

I know I have used this background many times and maybe it is my lack of imagination but I do think it works sometimes  ;D
