What a relief to see your wonderful restores Polldoll,

I have been looking for the 'nags' front legs, but if you cannot see them they must be hidden! ::)

So many wonderful restores to such a lovely picture.
I used to ride in a trap like that, so this picture evokes some lovely memories for me.

With a passion for milk shakes maybe .... ;D ;D I did look and there is virtually no sign of the horses front legs  ;) ...just a tad by Milkman's left knee and a bit of hoof below the milk churn...

But you can seee the shadow of her front legs, does that prove she did have front legs?    :D

I've got a problem with this one  ???

It's the shadows, they don't seem right.

To have shadows like that, am I right to say that the sun would have to be very bright... also to go at that angle, it would be pretty low down...
So if it was bright and low down, it would surely make a bit of shadow from the houses on the other side of the street... unless of course it was open ground and no houses that side...

Could it be artificial lighting?
Just wondering, that's all.

There has to be open ground to have shadows like that.
