Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out anything about Marion born about 1808 married Francis Kerr from Closeburn?

Hi Lesley 

She died in Dumfries in 1878 aged 67.

Her parents were David Chesney, collier, deceased, and Agnes, m.s. Muir, deceased


I don't see anything else though

birth 1 Feb 1809 bapt. 10 October 1809
