Wow -thanks for all that- still hard to understand why Elizabeth (1892) would list her Grandparents as her parents on her marriage certificate in 1909 but she may have believed they were her parents or else they raised her. It gets confusing doesn't it?

Not right now but I'll be sure to keep in touch if something comes up- do you know if there are newspaper archives to view on line in the Tay area?

Great Grandfather Peter Harley drowned in tayport harbour along with another crewman off the FisherLass in 1887 AND

Two GGGG Grandfathers drowned off Auchmithie on June 13 1814- David Spink and his brother in law Thomas Eaton- Been to St. Vigeans church and Auchmithie when over there last month- so interesting but until yesterday hadn't put the fact that the two had same DOD down to anything but coincidence (in fact truth be told didn't even notice they were the same)

So any clippings would be great
