Hi
I am looking for info on William Kerr born in Annan 1882 parents William Kerr Agnes Kerr nee Hetherington, found his birth cert but cannott find him on 1891 census
      By 1891 his father had died and his mother living in Annan but William not with her cannot find a death cert for him, be grate full for any ideas.Agnes remarried Joseph Rutherford in 1892

Not I'm not connect to William......thought that you could search for him living with his maternal/paternal grandparents. Not all entries appeared as grandson.....people often didn't tell the 'whole truth' as your probably aware.......by the way I'm not csc......hope this helps...............SFA.
