Yes i would like to see some photos of Foremans Row as well,i had 5 families living in that street at one time or another,all the men working at Seaton Delaval Colliery which was only a short distance by a footpath across the fields at the back of the Row.(The public footpath is still there).Come on you Seaton Delaval folk,have a rummage through the attic or grandads old photos and see what you can find.

New Hartley and Seaton have their own community website,
I posted on there and received information and a photo via the internet of the house my ancestors lived in, I think I found the site via Genuki,

Have you seen the Seaton Delaval Village website at www.seatondelaval.org.uk which has quite a few old photos, including at least one of Foremans Row? Just go to the 'Our History' section and then to 'Photographs'.
