Now this is interesting in 1861RG 9/2058 fo 22 p 2 Ann Baker is with Daniel and Sarah Baker(formally Share nee Whitehouse)as grand daughter and they have a servant Selina Hickman I wonder was there a commection to your Hannah Hickman Medpat? Was Ann the granddaughter of Daniel or Sarah? Seems a daft question but Ann was daugther of Charlotte Share ie Sarah's Daughter and her husband  John Baker who as yet I have not been able to connect to Daniel Baker. Has anyone else managed to connect them?

I am the owner of that tree and Ann married my Joseph Lloyd and they had 2 children. I don't look at inlaws so don't have her parents but have the marriage banns on my tree naming her father as John Baker.

Well the grandson is named Daniel. The children could be both their grandchildren via both their parents.

So if I've got this right
Ann Baker daughter of Charlotte SHARE who in turn was daughter of Samuel SHARE and Sarah nee Whitehouse married Joseph LLOYD Ann died in 1874 and Joseph then married Sarah Taylor nee SHARE who had been born in PA in about 1855.
This Sarah first married a TAYLOR and had two children Samuel born in PA bout 1875 and Annie born in Dudley in 1878
So who were American Sarah's parents?
Just to add to the confusion John Share son of Samuel and Sarah nee Whitehouse married a Mary Lloyd in 1837 how does she fit in?

(Josep LLOYDand Ann Baker's marriage is on Free Reg)

Medpat you have shown a marriage for her and Joseph Lloyd giving her father as SAMUEL
This fits with what alancfradgley has just told us
So were there two Samuel and Anns those baptisms don't realy bear out the USA part of the story.

But on n her Llooyd cencuses she is born IN PA about 1855 the date is ok for the Dudley baptism

alancfradgley how sure are you of Sarah being born 1850 not 1854 this all fits rather well even the delay in her baptism could indicate they were away at the time of her birth
