Nether Welton is in Sebergham parish http://www.seberghamwelton.org.uk/

Sebergham was actually in Wigton Reg District, but Dalston in Carlisle district.

I imagine he would have been buried at one or other.
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.
