Nowadays it seems our records at the GP are kept under D.O.B.  first and name seemingly second, everytime I ring for anything they ask for my D.O.B. before my name.

How many of you have birthdays in September ... and hadn't already figured out it's nine months after Christmas/New Year?   ;D

On a slightly different tack ... I had three brothers, two of them identical twins, ... and there was one day, every year for about eight or nine years, when one or another of them managed to need emergency treatment at the local hospital!  By the fourth year, the staff were ready and waiting!  Thankfully it was only ever one at a time - imagine the potential for confusion, if both identical twins had managed to need stitches or break a bone?!
I live in Sydney, Australia, and I'm researching: Powell, Tatham, Dunbar, Dixon, Mackwood, Kinnear, Mitchell, Morgan, Delves, & Anderson

My husband and youngest daughter share their birthday 8th July, we moved into our present house on the 8th July 1983 my husbands 30th birthday and the following year 8th July 1984 our youngest daughter was born. We celebrated their birthdays at the beginning of the month when our older daughter and her husband organised a suprise birthday meal for the family which was lovely. My husbands brother and sister who are twins (of course) share the same birthday.
Kind regards Susan

My friend and her son share the same birthday.  She recently got married and her new hubby has the same birthday too - bizarre!

March 19 is the big day in my family. My sister and a first cousin.  My daughter and my brother's daughter.

Once I started investigating the family tree, I discovered that my grandfather's brother also had a March 19 birthday.

A month or so ago, I was contacted by the great-granddaughter of my grandmother's oldest sister. Along the way, she mentioned that she felt a special kinship to one of her great-uncles because they shared a birthday - March 19.

I was born on my Dad's birthday. My mother's brother became my godfather - he too shares my birthday. Since then one of my 1st cousins has had a child on the same date.
