There is a death of a John Strachen in Blackhill, St. Fergus, 1846.

He was buried at St. Fergus on 11 Oct 1846, aged 87 years.

My ancestor, John Strachan, also resided in Blackhill St. Fergus. He married Jean Walker there in 1791. So is this my John Strachan, or your John Strachan?
