Hello, can anyone help me by telling me what is "chessefactor" I cant find it anywhere. It is part of a record I found.

Ann Payne of Nantwich, county of Chester, widow & relict of George Payne late of the same, Gent., dcsd., Edward Payne of Whitchurch, county of Salop, mercer, William Lovatt Brookes of the same, Esq., William Phillips of Nantwich, mercer; who are all four the executors of the sd. Geo. Payne. Betty Hewitt of Burland, county of Chester, spinster, sole executrix of William Hewitt late of Nantwich, Gent., dcsd. Shenton Latham of Nantwich, sadler, executor of Mary Higginson late of Betley, county of Stafford, widow, dcsd. Edward Pedley of Bradwell, county of Chester, yeoman] John Mountford of Balterley, county of Staffs., yeoman, & William Mountford of the same, yeoman, both executors of Mary Mountford late of the same, widow, dcsd. Richard Liversage of Nantwich, ironmonger, & the Rev. Charles Ethelstone of Manchester, county of Lancaster, clerk, executors of Thomas Pratchett late of Nantwich, chessefactor, dcsd. Felicia Griffith of Whitchurch, (Salop), widow. [Hannah Taylor of Nantwich, widow, & James Taylor of Liverpool, county of Lancaster, ironmonger, executors of (Samuel) Taylor of Nantwich, tanner, dcsd.]
Release upon payment of £500 and £1,000 to George Payne, £300 to William Hewitt, £200 to Mary Higginson, £300 to Mary Mountford, £800 to Thomas Pratchett, and £500 to Felicia Griffith, of claims for debt under various Bonds, secured by Estates in trust created by Indentures of Lease & Release 13 & 14 July 1772 between 1. Peter Downes of Shrigley, county of Chester, Esq., 2. John Craven of the city of London, Esq., & George Gibbons of Nantwich, Gent. since dcsd., and Indenture 5 July 1773 between 1. Peter Downes, 2. George Gibbons, and Indentures of Lease & Release 26 & 27 September 1777 between I. P. Downes, 2. George Gibbons; which estates conveyed to trustees for payment out of proceeds of sale of premises (described infra) of Bond debts therein scheduled; none of which trusts has been carried out. Premises;- manors, messuages, tenements, etc., (not specified) in counties of Chester & Derby.

A cheesefactor was the link between the maker and the retail seller. The maker may have sold his cheese to a factor who would have paid for it's transport to various towns and then sold it to individual shops over a wide area.
