Release upon payment of £500 and £1,000 to George Payne, £300 to William Hewitt, £200 to Mary Higginson, £300 to Mary Mountford, £800 to Thomas Pratchett, and £500 to Felicia Griffith, of claims for debt under various Bonds, secured by Estates in trust created by Indentures of Lease & Release 13 & 14 July 1772 between 1. Peter Downes of Shrigley, county of Chester, Esq., 2. John Craven of the city of London, Esq., & George Gibbons of Nantwich, Gent. since dcsd., and Indenture 5 July 1773 between 1. Peter Downes, 2. George Gibbons, and Indentures of Lease & Release 26 & 27 September 1777 between I. P. Downes, 2. George Gibbons; which estates conveyed to trustees for payment out of proceeds of sale of premises (described infra) of Bond debts therein scheduled; none of which trusts has been carried out.
