Hi Toni......... can't pin down the right marriage for William and Mary.   William and Alice - there's only their names, nothing else

Maybe they got married where William was christened

Toni, if we're going on William and Alice Jerrard (Gerrard) being the parents of my William, then They were married at Deane by Bolton.   Son William was BP there as well.

I accidentally stumbled across your post whilst rekindling my interest in family tree researching.

I am Peter & Alice Wallwork's (nee Cooke) great great granddaughter. John & Sarah Wallwork were my GGG grandparents, and William & Mary Wallwork were my GGGG grandparents.

I can tell you that I first started family tree researching in 1985, and have looked through Parish registers at St. Paul's church in Walkden. I have also seen other churches around the surrounding area - Worsley, Little Hulton, etc. So I have gathered quite a lot of information about the Walkworks over time.

Could you please tell me more about your branch of the Wallwork family tree, for example your grandparents or great grandparents including your grandfather Levi Wallwork?

Any information you could give me would be a great help, and I would be more than willing to help answer any questions you may have about your own family tree.
