Hi

My research includes Martha Ann Atkinson who was born 1891 in Riplingham South Cave, parents were Thomas Atkinson born c1850 at Church Fenton and Elizabeth Bell born c1851 at York.

I don't think there is a direct family link with your Atkinson, but who knows!

My Great Great great grandfather was Ambrose Scott who married Elizabeth Cooper in 1797. I have some tree details from Ambrose down but nothing earlier.

I suggest you enter and check these names in the surnames interests table so that they are found when people search that table.

The link is at the foot of the page.  "your surname interests"

Use "edit my surnames" to put them in and then "show all with my surname interests"

Tong family still reside in Keyingham. Most probably some connection to your Tong's. have you any other info?
