Okay I'm amazed. I can't find anything. I don't even know what I'm doing wrong when I look. I'm using the 1911 census online site and ancestry.co.uk. Is there a better resource I should use?

Seriously, I cannot begin to say how appreciative I am. I know nothing about my grandmother or her family before her and really want to know more. I visit a grave once a year when in Wales but that's it.

The farm on the Gwrhyd mountain is called Pistyll Gwyn.  It's mentioned a few times in Joshua Lewis' book, "A History of Y Gwrhyd".  An index of the translated version is shown at:
