In the December 1851 marriage entry, the address for Timothy McGrath seems to be "Bariestown" or similar, which is officially Barrystown, see

In Griffith's Valuation of 1853, Timothy McGrath is shown as holding a small garden and very low value house there.

In September 1864 Timothy McGrath and Ellen (sic) Shudall had a daughter Mary.

At that point they were living in the unusually named townland of Verneli (sic, officially Vernegly] which is located directly next to Brandane, see

Paul . Anastasia who was married to William Shudall was a sister of my grandmother Elizabeth Parle .She was born Anastasia Parle b 1870 -1958 . Her father was Stephen Parle & her mother was Catherine Nowlan ( my great grandparents). Stephen's parents were Michael Parle & Anty Furlong . I have done most of the family tree if I can help in any way just let me know . Eliza /Betty .

Hi,

New here and really struggling to navigate this site. The search bar won't bring up things that I know are on here.

I would love to chat with Hatslip about her research and this Paul Pearce, who I cannot track down.

I think I'm related to the Shudalls in Duncormick through illegitimacy.

I lost my old GEDmatch, but would love to find out somehow. I'm doing a new DNA test soon, so I'll have a new GED match. I have some info, but to secrecy I don't want to say too much. But I did notice via 23 and Me that I'm related to other families who are researching them. I'm not on 23 and Me anymore.
