Hindmarsh Family - Isle of Wight
« on: Tuesday 06 July 10 20:47 BST (UK) »
Another cog in the wheel, so to speak.

My grandad's brother (Cyril Hindmarsh) moved to the Isle of Wight from Essex with his wife and young daughter in the early 30s.  I have found birth notices for three other siblings born on IOW between 1935-1943.
I would really like to make contact with these second cousins (once removed);
are they still alive, are they still there, have they married etc
or let me know if I should be able to find out these things myself?

Thanks and regards

Hi

We are not allowed to post details of anyone who is, or who might still be alive on here.  Have you tried looking at electoral rolls for the I.O.W. ? Or perhaps a letter or e-mail to the local paper?

Good luck

Jan

Jan,

thanks and I'm on to it.  Considering I've done Electoral work at home, I'm a bit slow off the mark!
