Just come on line for the first time in ages, I am so sorry to hear Indi is no longer with us. I often read her replies to others and I knew I was guaranteed a smile.

Dear Everyone,

I cannot tell you how moved I am to read all your very kind tributes to my dear sister Indi.   She was a wonderful person and I loved her dearly and there is a great hole in my heart since she departed to be with her beloved John.  We talked almost daily and she told me about all the people she was in contact with at Rootschat.. She really enjoyed helping people find their ancestors.  She was so funny at times, you would split your sides laughing. She was also very brave, kind and generous, a real brick.

Thank you all so much......your messages mean a lot to me.  Best Wishes Anjobanjo

Hi Anjo

Welcome - sorry it's under sad circumstances.

Indi was so looking forward to her trip "home" and we had planned a beer in your garden (not sure if she'd told you about that, lol!)  She was obviously very fond of you too.

She was a unique lady: much missed.

Kind regards, Arranroots  ;)

Hello Anjo,

I'm SO pleased you managed to find your way onto RootsChat so you could read the tributes to your wonderful, funny, brave, loving, amazing sister.   (Thanks AR for advice on how to enable Anjo to read the tributes).

We must meet up one day to have a beer in Pam's memory ... even though (to her great horror !) I don't drink.

I would like to pass on my condolences to Anjo.  We have never met (we are second cousins once removed just as I was with Indi).  I met Indi through RootsChat and we became instant friends.

I would also like to thank sdbadger for her help in finding the circumstances of Indi's passing.  I would appreciate it if someone could pass on my email address to anjobanjo or to Indi's sister-in-law.

I miss you Indi. XOXOX
