Free BMD has this...

Caroline Mary Ann STONE died June Qtr 1848 St Lukes 2 229

So she should appear on the 1841 Census.

No Lighterman is his occupation... he worked on small river boats.

Surnames should always be written in capital letters to distinguish them from other names.

Actually I'm guessing Lighterman was his occupation after Googling the term:
