Lookup please, William Douglas b abt 1799 Lanark

I wondered if anyone is able to help me with this look up.  I am having problems locating the right William Douglas!

The information I have is that he was born abt 1799 in Lanark.  He died in London, England in 1861.  According to the England Census returns he was a Stonemason.

His father was also called William Douglas and was recorded as a Mariner on his son's marriage certificate dated 1 March 1841.  William (junior) was married to Susan Gantlett.

Any help would be appreciated.  This is the only surname I have not been able to research as yet, and this is my only Scottish ancestor.

Could I ask, what were the full names and birth order  of his & Susan's children - and do you know the names of Susan's parents?

I ask this because being a scotsman, William may have adhered to the traditional Scottish naming pattern for his own children and if a pattern can be seen - there may be some clues in their names.

Susan was born in St Giles, Middlesex (now London) in abt 1813 and her parents were James Gantlett and Mary Wilkins.

William and Susan's children were:

James b 30 Nov 1841
John b 30 Nov 1841
George b abt 1847
Elizabeth b abt 1849
Walter Joseph b 8 Oct 1851
Susan b abt 1855
Jane Louisa b abt 1857
