about 1875, probably in Bethesda.

The only Richard Roland Owen marriage on freebmd was 1883 in Lambeth,  Spouse was Annie Catherine Nash

Richard's father was George Walter Owen

Freebmd has several Richard Owen marriages with the name Ann Williams appearing on the same page but none of the entries have middle names/initials

North Wales BMD has a marriage of Richard OWEN and Ann WILLIAMS in 1876.  It was a Bangor Civil Marriage so you would need to contact the Registrar at Bangor to obtain the details.  The local registrar reference is BAN/18/E31.   If you write off for the certificate with some checking factors they are usually very helpful in looking for the correct certificate.

Where did you get his full dob and his middle christian name from as there is no freebmd birth entry or IGI entry

I have just noticed that this was posted over 3mths ago and no reply from skyking since.  He /she has not been online with RC since August
