Hopefully there'll be at least another game/free session!  Woohoo (game could have been better though!)

I found my gt grandfather's army record and I didn't even know he went in the army!!
I'm not young enough to know everything.

Had a good search as well today. Found some missing people on census records.  Will have another list for Sunday.

Thank you find my past.  Had no luck trying to find my great grandfather's army records.  I know he was in the 1st WW as I have a picture of him in his uniform..

To Anne in Canada - I have never found my grandfather's WW1 records either, so I assume they were destroyed.  I know he was in the army (loads of information from my late father) and I have photos of him in his uniform also.


I have found more 1911 census records today; it's quite alarming how fast the last 20 minutes is used up, isn't it?

I am also grateful to Findmypast for this free gift.
