Freeds of Charing & Little Chart Pre 1787

Help Help Help!
John Freed b.3.7.1757. married Lucy Ashbee in Little Chart 28.4.1787. We understand that John's siblings were Joyce 4.3.1749. Richard 30.7.1750. Elizabeth 8.2.1755. Ann 1.6.1760. Robert 23.2.1764.
Can't find anything that makes sense that will give me their parents names and DOB's.
There are Freeds Frids Fridds and Freads in a number of villages local to Charing.
Can anyone get me on the right track.

Have you had any luck. I am in Little chart so if I can help let me know.  Also Charing local history group is hosting a WW1 event in June and July and I have a book out soon called Weald villages that has some loverly pictures of the villages. There is a fryd in my village at the moment. Will ask around.

Were you able to discover anything? John Freed is a direct ancestor of mine. To my knowledge, his parents were James Freed and Ann Cook. My problem is that it appears that John was born 10 years before they were married. I am wondering if this is a transcription error or entirely the wrong set of parents.
