Help requested in deciphering this 1825 writing COMPLETED

I cannot understand all of the following baptism entry, from a Saint James, Westminster, baptism register. Any help would be appreciated. There are eight columns:

(1) 1 (i.e. 1st May) No. 387
(2) William Mathias (Child's Christian Name)
(3) William & Hannah (Parents' Christian Names)
(4) Cross (Surname)
(5) something Westminster (Abode)
(6) should be Shoemaker or Bootmaker (Quality, Trade, or Profession)
(7) something (month) 9 (When Born)
( a signature (By whom the Sacrament was administered)

There is/was a Little Windmill St in Westminster.

Was just about to say Litt(le) Windmill Street too  .  Occupation is definitely Shoemaker and the date of birth looks like Oct 9th.

Looks to me as if Taylor was written first then crossed out and Shoemaker added.  Can't decipher the Vicar's name at all , only that the first initial looks like a 'P'.

On the scan, has the last bit of the vicar's name been missed or is that the complete name as in the reg., please?

It looks like 'Files'  but I havent heard of that name??

Many thanks to all for helping with this. The date is particularly interesting, as it puts his birth date back into the previous year, 1824. Here is another partial scan which might clarify things.

The first capital letter of the minister's name looks like a capital "P" and then the capital starting the surname is it an L or an F?
