St Helena - Alexander family

Wondered if there is any knowledge of Peter Patrick Hammond Alexander born on St Helena in 1816.  His family went out from London around that time.

What information do you require? Do you have any other details regarding the family?

There is a marriage of a Patrick Hammond Alexander, carpenter, to Julia Henemen at St George in the East on 18 Oct 1840. His father is named as James Alexander, farmer.

Thanks for the information provided which will no doubt slot in somewhere.

There have been "rumours" over the years that one was actually born on St Helena but no evidence to support.   Are you able to find any links for the Alexanders to St Helena in the 1800's? I know it is vague but worth a try.
