There are two extracted (civil) birth records on familysearch that could be the same family. If so then Elizabeth's maiden name is Daniels :

 Name: Margaret Newman
 Birth Date: 18 May 1865
 Birthplace: 0796, Dublin
 Father's Name: Peter Newman
 Mother's Name: Elizabeth Daniel

 Name: Mary Newman
 Birth Date: 24 May 1867
 Birthplace: 0693, Dublin
 Father's Name: Peter Newman
 Mother's Name: Bessy Daniel

The numbers in the address are the page numbers from the civil index which can help find the correct index records required to order a birth cert.

Do you know what religion the family were ?
If they were non-Catholic there may be a marriage registration for Peter and Elizabeth.

Not sure of the connections between the names Redmond, Payne, O'Brien and Newman but have found the following that seem to match up

All in St. Andrews RC Church Dublin:
MARRAIGE:
Edward Newman (4 College Lane)(F Peter) to Mary O'Brien (27 Lincoln Place)(F Patrick) on April 27th 1884; Witnesses: Peter Cullen and Mary O'Brien
CHILDREN baptised
1885 Anne ELizabeth (1 Bell's Lane) Sponsors: Luke and Margaret Newman
1887 Elizabeth Christine (27 Holles St) Sponsors: Peter and Mary Newman
1889 Mary Teresa (9 Stephen's Place) Sponsors: Thos and Catherine Brien
on the 1901 census there is a Mary aged 41 a widow at 2.11 in Fitzwilliam Lane (South Dock, Dublin) with children Lily 13, Mary 11 and Peter 9 with a widowed cousin Catherine Tallow
In 1911 Eliz Christina and Mary Teresa are servants in a Kinch Household on Harcourt Street; I can only presume their mother is dead and that Anne possibly married - I cannot find a reasonable Peter
Have some more and will post in a while

St. Andrew’s Church 1854 Ellen sponsors Mary Daniel and Richard Dempsey
St. Andrew’s Church 1855 Elizabeth sponsors Thomas Daniel and Anne Daniel
St. Mary’s Church 1863 Luke (mother shown as Elizabeth DANIEL) NO sponsors shown

All the following are in St. Andrew’s Church
MARRIAGE:
Peter Newman (4 College Lane)(F Peter) to Lucy Redmond (11 Verscoyle Court)(F John) on July 10th 1881; witnesses: Daniel Luke (or could be reversed) and Mary Anne Kenny
MARRIAGE:
William Payne (4 College Lane)(F William) to Ellen Newman (4 College Lane)(F Peter) on Nov 25th 1878; witnesses: John Newman and Mary Bright
CHILDREN BAPTISED:
1882 Edward Joseph PAYNE 30 Upr Erne St Sponsors: Edward Newman and Sarah Stanley
1883 Mary Ellen PAYNE 4 College Lane Sponsors: Luke Newman and Mary Clarke
1884 Elizabeth Margaret PAYNE 27 Lincoln Place Sponsors: James Forbes and Mary Newman
1886 Thomas Henry PAYNE 27 Lincoln Place Sponsors: Daniel Henry and Mary Daniel
1887 Herbert George PAYNE Orchard Cottages Sponsors: Peter Newman and Mary McConaly
1889 Henry James PAYNE 26 Denzille Street Sponsors: Daniel Henry and Eliz Newman
1891 Arthur Frank PAIN 26 Denzille Street Sponsor: Mgt Seagrave
1892 Frederick Michael Luke PAYNE 26 Denzille Street Sponsor: Michael Glennon and Mary Newman
1894 Margaret Elizabeth PAYNE 26 Denzille Street Sponsor:Anne Qurke
1896 Agnes Christina PAYNE 1 Grattan Tce Sponsors: Laurence and Julia Doolan
William and Ellen Payne were living at 16 Grattan Terrace with five of their ten children in 1901
They were living at house 47 in Grand Canal Street, Upper (Pembroke West, Dublin) in 1911
They are described as having 3 (Frederick, Margaret and Mary) alive of 7 children not sure why all are not counted but have found this before.

I have found no marriage of Michael Glennon and Mary Newman but have found their son Peter at the same church baptised in 1894 as Peter Michael with the address 20 Holles St. The sponsors are William Payne and Margaret Newman which ties in. He is on the 1901 census with his uncle and aunt Peter (widower) and Margaret Newman (single based on name only) at 31.4 in Winetavern Street (Merchants Quay, Dublin). His mother and family is at 93.3 in Church St. Upper (Arran Quay, Dublin) I believe.
Sisters are:
1895 Mary Eliz 28 Denzille St to Michael Glennon and Mary Newman Sponsor Agnes Hamilton
1897 Christina Margaret 28 Grattan St; same parents; Sponsors Patrick and Margaret Kelly
In 1911 Mary Glennon (Newman) is living with Peter and Lillie (probably Mary Eliz) in 32.6 in Denmark St. Little (North City, Dublin). She described herself as a widow in both 1901 and 1911 but in 1911 has a one year old son called Michael and also 16 year old Peter is shown as not married and having three children.

Hope these are correct and help
