Another Water Damaged one, please help to restore

This one I think is a lovely photo, shame about the damage!!  Fortunately I was able to save most of their faces.  If anyone has time, please see what you can do - it's way beyond my capability!!  Thank you.

Irene, thank you so much, that must have taken ages!  Really beautiful.  I've spent today trying to play with restoring photos and your work puts mine to shame!!  Thanks again :D
