can anyone help me when patrick Ryan was born i have Jan,Feb, mar 1890 and siblings maria Ann and micheal Ryan (not 100% if i have the correct info) and their parent names are William Ryan and Bridgette and again not sure if i have the right parents.

Did you ever get the marriage certificate mentioned earlier in the thread?

You will not get the details from birth certificate online (and no one else will be able to view it online either- the certificate needs to be ordered to get the full details. Link to Introduction of Irish Records was posted earlier- see there for details of how to search index, order certificates, etc.- but here it is again-

could some one find me the birth of jerry please all i know he died 19 march 1999 i don't know if he married or not

Please read through the advice and links given to you earlier in this thread. No one will be able to get the birth certificate for you but you can check the civil registration index to find the details you need to order a certificate. The index goes up to 1958 so if he married after that date you will not find it listed.
