Ryan is a quite common surname in Tipperary, but there's a good match for the marriage if you search for Nora's name :

 Name: Nora Neville
 Registration District: Cashel
 Event Type: Marriage
Quarter and Year: Oct - Dec 1922
 Volume : 3 / Page : 231

This seems to be about the right timeframe, and in the registration district which covers the town of Cashel.. I'll check to see if this can be cross-referenced to a Patrick Ryan

see :  Introduction to Irish Records for details on searching the BMD index, ordering certs etc

Didi the family stay in Cashel ?

It would be worth checking for them on the 1901 and 1911 census returns to see what details they give on ages, place of birth etc.

There are number of possible births in county Tipperary for Patrick and Nora... better clues will reduce the possibilities on the index

A marriage cert (using the index details above) would give you father's names, which could verify any births you locate later.

Given the dates and details I think it would be better to try the marriage cert first - and if it's the right one, follow up the clues on that to locate Patrick and Nora on the 1911 and 1901 census by comparing father's names, occupations etc.

This may give some details on their siblings and mother's first name and help find births of Patric & Nora and following on from that their parents marriages

You cannot view BMD certs online you have to order them from the GRO using the index references - i.e. name, registration district, year/quarter, volume & page. Research certs currently cost €4.

The details on ordering the cert are mention in the Introduction topic link given earlier.
