Welcome to Roots chat.

There is a great site I've been using whilst researching Cornish ancestors for a friend.   I just searched only using 1785 and the surname Triggs and 4 results came up, none in Liskeard but 3 baptisms in Mullion and a marriage in Lostwithiel.

I've no idea if there's anything there of interest to you, but might be worth your whilst going into the site and doing a bit more digging?

Hi PartyDancer
Just to say I am recently descended from a Triggs family (my grandmother) in far West Cornwall (draw a rough line from Camborne to Falmouth)
If I can be of any help (though Liskeard is a bit further away) let me know.
The OPC link you were given is a great resource.
