Hello Gensearcher,

My Whelans are the large branch from Loughnageer in Clongeen.
My White line covers pretty much all the Whites in the Bannow, Rathangan (and to some extent Kilmore) areas.

Are you focusing on any Whelan/White names/dates in particular?
I have a small tie to Rossiter too, but Merve Rossiter is the best contact on that line.
Haven't come across Noctor, but feel it might be from the 'north of the county'?  One of the White lines was strong up north, in the Gorey area.
Chapman, Jackman, Roche, Whelan, Hanton, Dee, Stafford, Leary, McGrath, Murphy, White, Hayes, Shudall.

I am also looking for a Michael Whelan Who lived in  Braithwaite St. Dublin. He would have been my husbands great grandfather on his maternal side.  I hop it is the same person.  Looking forward to hearing from you.

The Michael Whelan I am researching is my grand father. Born Dublin 10/3/1891. He lived in Emerald Square off Dolphins Barn Dublin. His father was Patrick Whelan and mother Anne Whelan.

Michael married Jane Noctor. Michael Whelan was also involved in the 1916 rising.  If you need more info let me know

Hopefully this might be of help
