I'm confused.

Jemima Kelbie or Glendinning died in Elgin in 1922 aged 81, so she must have been born about 1840/1841. But you say that William Glendinning married Jemima Kelbie in 1819, about 20 years before she was born?

According to the Moray Council heritage web site https://libindx.moray.gov.uk/mainmenu%2Easp Jemima Kelby, wife of William Glendinning, was the daughter of Richard Kelbie and Janet Jamieson.

The same source says that William Glendenning, son of James Glendenning and Catherine Stewart, husband of Jemima Kelbie, was born at Laggan on 19 August 1840 and died on 30 November 1919.

In the 1901 census, in Bellie, are William Glendinning, 59, pedlar, born Peterhead, with wife Jemima, 59, born Aberdeen and daughters Joan 22, and Jemima, 19.

In 1891 they were in a tent in New Deer. William, 49, basket maker; Jemima, 49; Agnes, 17; Georgina, 14, Joan, 11 and Jemima, 9.

In 1881 in Turriff, are William, 40, basket maker; Jemima, 40; Jessie, 12; Katherine, 10, Agnes,7; Georgina, 5; and Jean, 2.

You really need to go back and systematically check all the relevant documents.

The children I know off are :
RACHEL - b. 1862 (no cert as yet), married Allan Stewart.
MARY - b. 1864 (no cert as yet)
FRANCIS - b. 9 Aug 1864, Edingight, Banff.
If Francis was born on 9 August 1864, surely Mary can't have been born in the same year?
