The Tetbury Register Office holds the details of Long Newnton's birth, marriage and death registrations and the GRO reference you need for the birth you ask of can be found in Freebmd at http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl.

The address of the R.O. can be found at http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/genuki/reg/ or you can obtain Emma Jane's b-cert from the GRO via http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

P.S.  Long Newnton was in Wiltshire until 1931 so perhaps the WIL forum or Moonrakers might be able to help you.  The LDS have not extracted any information from church records of L.N.   Chas
