I agree with Chinakay on both counts.Did you have to pay money for access to that first scan? If so, it was barefaced robbery!

That's a much clearer image and quite plainly Seine and Courbevoie. How can two versions of the same image be so very different in quality?

The first image has been scanned at a very low resolution, which takes less time but is unclear when enlarged. We see it all the time on the photo board.
