Here's where you can order the cert  http://vitalstats.gov.mb.ca/Query.php oddly their usual link isn't working but this does... He seems to not be listed anywhere in the 1891 ...   J.J.

Minto Hughes was my great-grandfather and, while I know very little about Albert Hughes, I would certainly be happy to help in any way I can or to get you in touch with other family members who could provide more pertinent information. I would also be very happy to hear any stories you may wish to share from your own research.
