Although Joseph Harpur died about August 1853, there was still problems re his estate the notice for
High Court of Chancery appear in the Derby Mercury 23.12.1857 and 6.1.1858.
Plaintiff - Mary Camp, wife of George Camp, by William Pool (her next friend)
Defendants - Moreton Charles Wedge, George Peach and the said George Camp
Chancery records are at the National Archives in "The Catalogue"
